Visa medicals
Visa medicals.
FCDO-registered visa and immigration medicals on Harley Street, with examination and required tests on the same day. Reports issued in working hours for over thirty destinations.
Step by step
1 — Preparation
Bring your passport or another form of photo ID with you. Stay well hydrated; avoid coffee in the hours before your appointment. There is no need to fast unless your destination specifically requires it (we will tell you when you book).
For most countries you will need to bring the destination’s visa-medical form with you so the doctor can complete it. For Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Cyprus, Spain, and Greece, the report is provided directly by us — no external paperwork required.
2 — At your appointment
Your appointment with one of our FCDO-registered doctors will last approximately fifteen minutes. The doctor will conduct a brief but thorough physical examination, take any required blood samples on site, and provide instructions for any urine or stool samples if needed.
If a chest x-ray is required for your destination, you will then be referred to a nearby radiology centre that we partner with. The x-ray and any other on-site tests are completed the same day as your consultation.
3 — Your report
Your typed report will be ready within the working timeframe specified for your destination — typically one to five working days. You can:
- Collect the report in person from the practice
- Have it sent by Royal Mail (£15 for Special Delivery; standard postage is also available)
- Receive a secure email scan if a hard copy is not required
If you have time-sensitive submission deadlines, mention this when you book and we will prioritise turnaround where possible.
Which countries we cover
The country pages linked below list the appropriate test, the typical turnaround time, and the fee. Each examination is conducted by our FCDO-registered medical team, with all required tests performed in a single visit.
If your destination is not listed, please call us. We may still be able to provide the medical, or refer you to an appropriate clinic.

Are you officially registered for visa medicals?
Yes. The clinic is registered with the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), and our doctors hold the appropriate panel registrations for the destinations we cover. For a small number of countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Cyprus, Spain, and Greece) the report is provided directly by us; for the rest, we issue a certified examination report you submit through the destination's process.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring your passport (or another form of photo ID such as a UK driving licence), and any visa-medical paperwork required by your destination — except for Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Cyprus, Spain, and Greece, where we provide the form ourselves. Stay well hydrated and avoid coffee before the appointment. There is no need to fast.
How long does the appointment take?
Examination time is typically fifteen to thirty minutes. Most checks include a brief physical examination, blood tests taken on site by the doctor, and (where required) a chest x-ray at a nearby radiology centre. All tests required for your destination are performed on the same day.
When do I receive my report?
Most reports are ready within one to five working days, depending on the tests required for your destination — see the country list below. You may collect the typed report in person, receive it by Royal Mail (Special Delivery available for £15), or request a secure email scan if a hard copy is not required.
Can you provide travel-health advice as well?
Yes. If you would like travel advice or vaccinations before your trip, mention this when you book and we will arrange the appointment accordingly. Our Insights pages also publish up-to-date travel-health guidance.
